Description
The pin is spring loaded so once the toggle has dropped into the lock position you release the pin and it automatically locks the toggle against the frame.
The safety this pin offers is a great improvement over the Pin & R-Clip method.
It also makes assembling/disassembling the trailer even quicker!
The pin, spring, toggle, toggle retainer & spot weld filler rod are all Stainless Steel.
The spring design is tight at the rear to grip the pin. This stops the spring sliding freely &/or falling off in storage/packing.
The front of the spring is loose allowing unrestricted function (compression & release) of the spring.
We also coat the pins in PTFE (Teflon) to increase ease of use.
We have included a hole in the toggle enabling use of a padlock or other security device.
This pin is IP protected and we are offering them both in wholesale and retail format.
